Re: Location, Location, Location! [TOP PRIORITY]
I dislike contradicting such enthusiam, and I apologize for that, but it doesn't matter.
Picking a general location now, (with unknown funds and number of people?) would only limit the options.
We are the most adaptable creatures on this planet and can survive almost anywhere.
I suggest we focus more on starting a corp./co./npo or whatever in order to organize people, resources, and funding.
From what can be gathered on this forum, there a lot of people interested in the project... But they lose interest and disappear. If a company or organization were started, there would be a way of keeping track of all of the questionables (people/money/resources).
Now I know, I've been away from this forum for awhile, and i dont get into the irc hardly at all... So my opinion may not mean much; but does anyone know how many people are devoted to this project?
Perhaps creating a board of founding members would be a higher priority to get the ball rolling.

I have to agree with you %100. We need to set up our PR foremost before we go about making finalized choices. It's our members that will be funding this after all.
I was actually planning on making a thread on this, so its a good thing you mentioned it.
People need solid images to maintain interest. It makes an idea more real in their minds and not just a distant plan. Spreading our reach to Facebook is a must. We need to get in contact with members of Paranormal Forums. They will take interest in this project.

Re: Location, Location, Location! [TOP PRIORITY]
@awesomad: If you want to, you could still make a thread for this subject. Creating an overarching organization for the project is one of our highest priorities atm, so a thread would definitely be useful.

Re: Location, Location, Location! [RESOLVED]
The general consensus seems to be that we will locate in Colorado, probably in Pueblo county. As such, I consider this thread [RESOLVED].

Re: Location, Location, Location! [RESOLVED]
On second thought... Colorado might not be the end-all be-all location for the community, but at the moment it's the primary focus.
